How the RateSpy Timing Score Works

The Timing Score (rate pressure score) summarizes precomputed market decisions for a state or ZIP. It is timing intelligence — not a quote, binding prediction, or insurance advice.

One interpreter

RateSpy Timing Intelligence evaluates scrape-backed rate movement, volatility, and renewal context in batch. Public pages read stored decisions; they do not run machine learning on each page view.

What the number means

Scores range from 0 to 100 with labels such as Watch, Elevated, or High. A higher score may indicate stronger upward pressure in the data window. Always pair the score with evaluated_at freshness shown on the page.

How to use it

Use the score to decide when to compare live quotes before renewal. It does not replace carrier underwriting or your policy terms.
